Shared values workshop, Gaza – 7th April 2022

On 7th April, Mohamed Okda hosted a Zoom workshop on developing shared values with a group of Gazan officials, selected by the House of Wisdom. Participants identified principles that connect them, exploring ways of overcoming division and working together. In addition, they received training on how to identify and counter cognitive bias.Mohamed Okda is the founder of Insight into Crisis and a political consultant with extensive business experience. He is active on interfaith issues, crisis mediation and assessment, as well as the economics of conflict and religious–secular dialogue.
