In memory of Yousef Dar

The team at Forward Thinking were incredibly sad to hear of the passing of Yousef Dar on 24 December. Yousef worked closely with Forward Thinking for many years. He was a kind and generous person who worked tirelessly to serve communities and it was a privilege to know him. Yousef was chairman of the Greater Manchester Muslim Police Association and a former officer of the Greater Manchester Police. He was also a key member of many community organisations, working to create change on issues including Islamophobia, policing and counterterrorism. Our most sincere condolences to all those that knew him, particularly his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
