Meeting with Sheikh Dr Jalal Al-Din Al-Kubaisi and Thomas Weiss, 1 June 2023

On Thursday the 1st of June 2023, Forward Thinking facilitated a meeting between Sheikh Dr. Jalal Al-Din Al-Kubaisi, a cleric and imam from the Anbar Province of Iraq, and Thomas Weiss, the Head of the Middle East Regional Department at Malteser International.  The conversation focussed on the need to rebuild communities severely affected by religious extremists, support minority groups and establish greater social cohesion in and between affected communities.
