Director attends the launch of SHAF, Egypt, 19-22 September

Between the 19-22 of September, Oliver participated in the launch of the SHAF Centre for Future Studies and Crisis Analysis in Cairo. The event was sponsored by the Arab League.SHAF is a new Egyptian institution that aims to support Arab and African countries, governments and institutions in their efforts to deal with different types of crises.
